PowerOneData International Secures Investment to Build a State of the Art Manufacturing Facility in India

MESA, Ariz., March 8, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- PowerOneData International, Inc., a Company providing Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI) and Advanced Database Management Software to Utilities and Municipalities around the world, reducing energy consumption and its negative impact on the environment and public health (P1DI), is announcing the formation of a Joint Venture with a private Delhi based investment group to build a state of the art "Smart Meter" manufacturing facility in Bangalore, India.  The Joint Venture will fund the tooling and operation of the facility and participate on a pro-rata basis in the profits associated with the sale of the products produced in the facility.
